Hi Friends,
We wanted to share a feature of our book that we felt was very important. As you know, we’re a homeschooling family focused on intentional parenting and child-led learning. We get that everyone is coming to this book from a different place, and we love that. After each story-filled chapter, we’ll include a "What’s the Cost?" discussion, highlighting potentially challenging elements in the experiences just shared that merit consideration as you think about how to apply some of the ideas in your own lives, such as time, money, ceding control or taking risks. While we hope the tone of the book will be largely optimistic and encouraging, we do feel it’s important to be realistic as well and acknowledge challenges and costs.
